May 2012: it's time to bring a dream to life.
Kate's Cakes is beginning as a small, home-grown business, with the hopes of making it big someday. I am Kate, and these are my cupcake creations. For a long time, I have hoped to make my dreams come true, and now is the time nothing can hold me back again.
Once college was over, I came to the realization that I wanted to do something for myself, something big. I wanted to open my own business. By the summer of 2011, I was spending so much time in the kitchen, that it became abundantly clear that I had found the home of all my future creations - my future business. After receiving much praise from every individual who tried my treats, and ran for a second taste, I decided it was time to make something of this gift, and bring my treats to the world.
Kate's Cakes come in all shapes, sizes, flavors, and colors. I am eager to give you some of the best cakes and sweet treats I have had the pleasure to bake with high quality ingredients, and a little bit of love in every single bite.
