Wine and Cupcakes?

 

This past Sunday, August 24, I had the pleasure of spending my day at Zugibe Vineyards, selling cupcakes for the perfect wine pairing. Not only a great opportunity, but a great partnership with a wonderful winery in the perfect setting. I've never been to a more beautiful venue, and look forward to the next chance I get to spend my day drinking wine and serving cupcakes to some of my most loyal customers. To those of you who made it - thank you! I know the rest of you were there in spirit!

Rather than go into how I'm a huge slacker at keeping this updated, why don't we talk about the most awesome idea I've seen in a long time....FROSTING SHOTS!

Hey Hey Hey!

I'm still slacking. Of course. BUT! If you keep yourself checking for updates on the Our KupCakes page on the site, you will see any and all changes made to the menu. While it's not a perfect system, you can also keep updated on our Facebook page. I'll be sure to keep continuing to update the site with pictures periodically, but the flavor menu and the Facebook page are two things I am keeping sure to update with any and all changes I'm making. If it's big news or important for everyone to know, you will get updates here too, but otherwise, I'm just too darn busy to get on here and be witty daily (sorry).

Valentine's Day is tomorrow, and I've got about 2-4 new ideas I'm hoping to try between now and tomorrow night, so you might just get a picture update here shortly!

New Year, New Cupcakes

I'm a slacker. . . at least when it comes to my web/blog site. I haven't kept you all updated recently (unless you're also Facebook fans), so this year, I plan to keep up to date with all things KupCakes on here. Maybe if I find a better way to keep everything on Facebook, I'll do that, or maybe I'll get a "real" website, that doesn't require as much maintenance as a blog. Whatever happens with that, will most definitely be updated here.

Anywhooooooo.

New Year means new cupcakes! I plan on bringing at least 12 new flavors to the table this year. I'm very excited to see what I can come up with in the kitchen, but also what ideas my fans come up with to ask me to try! This year is also the year of my first wedding cupcake order! I'm beyond excited to break into the wedding market. I even had my first tasting in November (see picture below of the aftermath).



So get ready; get psyched! Who knows what else this year could bring?! Opportunity awaits!
